When hiring a real estate photographer, remember this: the person taking the photos should never appear in the photos. These images represent your home to the world—and professionalism matters.

If a “professional” photographer leaves themselves visible in a mirror or reflection and doesn’t edit it out, that’s a red flag. Removing themselves from the shot is an easy fix with Photoshop (trust me, my photographer and many others do it all the time). It may seem like a small detail, but it speaks volumes about the quality of marketing your home is receiving. I've said it a million times and I’ll say it a million more: Who you hire truly does matter! 🏡✨
